Phoebe is a beautiful belt made up of lovely ornamental Stones. It is attached to a double ribbon that can be tied in a bow to the back or removed and stitched on to your gown. 
 
We always strongly recommend having a seamstress stitch your belt to the front of your gown even when tying on at the back to ensure it does not move.
